Event Streaming and Recording

Important Information:

  • An event refers to a single-day occasion lasting a maximum of 9 hours. If the duration of the event is multiple days, each day is billed as a separate event.
  • Basic editing includes: removing breaks and trimming the start and end points. It does not include color grading or extensive editing.
  • Equipment provided: cameras, microphones, video mixer, audio mixer, video lights, 2 computers, 2 video monitors, wireless video transfer from the presentation computer, and all necessary cables.
  • If equipment setup is performed the day before the event, an additional 60 € fee will be applied.
  • Parking costs, if applicable, will be added to the final bill.
  • The price includes equipment, travel, and the work of one technician. Additional technicians or videographers can be arranged upon request.
  • A 25.5% VAT will be added to all prices.

Live Streaming

Event live streaming with 1–2 cameras: 800 €

Includes live streaming of the event on platforms such as Zoom, Teams, Facebook, YouTube, Vimeo, etc. (on an account managed by the client).

  • Remote presentations, pre-recorded video inserts, and presentations/slides can be integrated into the stream as needed.
  • Technical setup requires a minimum of 2 hours before the event starts.
  • Internet connection: Wired Ethernet.

Options:

  1. 3–4 camera production: Additional 150 € fee.
  2. On-screen graphics during the live stream (name plates, intro/outro graphics, etc.): Additional 100 € fee. Graphics must be provided by the client.
  3. Streaming via Vimeo: Use of Vimeo Premium account for an additional 190 € fee. This includes access to the Livekanava.fi platform, which provides a dedicated event URL (e.g., livekanava.fi/event_name). The Livekanava page can be password-protected and includes a chat feature.
  4. Event recording and basic editing: Additional 150 € fee.

Video Recording

Event recording (video only) with 1–2 cameras: 850 €

  • Includes recording of the event and basic editing.
  • Audio will be captured from the venue’s sound system (mixed audio).
  • Remote presentations, pre-recorded video inserts, and slides/presentations can be included in the recording if needed.
  • Technical setup requires at least 1.5 hours before the event begins.

Option 1: Recording with 3–4 cameras: Additional 150 € fee.
